We work with companies, clubs, schools, associations and individuals who want a professional mascot costume for events, sports matches, promotions or school life. We exclusively sell custom-made mascots: we do not offer rental services.

Mascots may be shipped directly from these workshops to your destination.

Each mascot is made to order according to your specifications. Production starts once payment has been made in full, which is why we encourage you to check size, colors and options carefully before validating your purchase.

Professional materials chosen for comfort and durability

Our mascots are crafted with professional-grade materials chosen for their lightness, comfort and durability. The structure relies on high-density foam, combined with durable and breathable fabrics, plush, felt or textile trims depending on the model.

A complete mascot costume weighs approximately 6 kg, depending on the model, size and selected options. The weight is distributed evenly to ensure good stability and ease of movement.

Made to measure: sizes, colors, logo and custom creations

On each product page you can choose the size, customize colors, add your logo or text and select accessories. Sizes typically range from S to XXXL for performers between approximately 1.60 m and 1.95 m (5'3" to 6'5"), plus a child size.

If you want a mascot based on your own concept or sketch, contact our team: we will guide you from initial design through to production. You can also select the 2D sketch before production option and manufacturing begins once you approve the sketch.

Care, storage and wearing comfort

Clean the head by hand with a soft cloth, lukewarm water and mild soap. The body can be machine-washed in cold water on a delicate cycle. Let it air-dry away from direct heat and never use a tumble dryer.

Store the mascot in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight, preferably in a transport bag or breathable garment cover, and do not crush the head so it keeps its shape. For long events or hot weather, plan regular breaks; an optional built-in head fan and cooling vest are available.

2-year manufacturing warranty and after-sales support

Our mascots come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty covering defects in workmanship. Depending on the situation, we repair or replace the affected part. Normal wear and tear, improper maintenance and misuse are not covered, and the warranty applies in addition to your legal guarantees.

If your mascot is damaged, contact our customer service team with photos of the issue. If the defect is covered, we offer a repair or replacement; otherwise we advise you on the best possible solution.
