The 2D sketch is a drawing of your mascot, and the approval proof (BAT, from the French bon à tirer) is your written agreement to that drawing before production. We recommend choosing them whenever the mascot is customised: a colour change, a logo, a text or a model created from your idea.

What the sketch and the approval proof contain
- The 2D sketch shows the costume from the front and back, with the colours, the logo and the texts in place.
- The approval proof is your sign-off. Without your agreement, production does not start.
Choose them if
- you change colours or add a logo or text;
- the mascot is created from your idea or your existing mascot;
- the costume is meant for a campaign or an important event;
- several people need to agree on the result.
You can do without them if
- you order the model exactly as shown on the page;
- you add no logo, no text and no colour change.
How it works
- You select the option on the product page or request it in the quote.
- We send you the sketch by email.
- You ask for corrections or approve it in writing.
- Production starts after your approval.
On quote and on the product page
On a custom quote, a sketch is included. On a product page, the sketch or approval proof is an option you add to the order.
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to receive the sketch?
We reply within 24 hours. The time for the sketch is confirmed in your exchange with our team.
Can I ask for corrections?
Yes. Tell us what you want to change and we update the sketch before approval.
What happens if I do not choose the option?
The mascot is made according to the choices in your order. For a customised mascot, we advise approving a drawing first.
Does the approval proof replace the quote?
No. The quote sets the price and the conditions, the approval proof validates the drawing.
