To have a custom mascot costume made, contact the BiggyMonkey.com team with your idea, logo or sketch. The steps are:
- Contact the team with your idea, logo or sketch, and request a free quote.
- Receive a quote with an estimated delivery timeline. The timeline is given before any order is placed.
- Optionally, validate a 2D sketch before production.
- Pay in full, then production starts. Payment is made in full at ordering, by credit or debit card, bank transfer or secure online payment. Instalments are not available.
- Delivery with tracking, and an email containing your tracking number.
How is delivery handled for customers in the USA?
BiggyMonkey ships to the USA. Free delivery by USPS applies from US$2,000 of purchases (€1,784), customs fees included. Other shipping options are shown before you confirm your order.
