Manufacturing takes about 10 working days (24 h with the Fast Delivery option), counted from receipt of full payment and of all the information needed. Transit time is then added: about 5 working days with free delivery (and to the United Kingdom), 4 to 5 working days with paid standard services, 3 to 4 working days with express services and 4 to 5 working days with Fast Delivery. These times are estimates; the exact time and price are shown on each product page and at checkout. If your mascot is needed for a fixed-date event, please tell us the date before ordering so we can check feasibility together.

The turnaround time depends on the complexity of the project: design, sketch approval, and manufacturing. Our team will provide an estimated delivery timeline with your quote before any order is placed.

Yes, by selecting the "2D sketch before production" option on the product page. Manufacturing will then begin once you have approved the sketch. Our designer prepares the sketch in about 2 hours (business hours) after receiving your payment and all the necessary information, and sends it to you by email.

Our mascots are crafted using professional-grade materials chosen for their lightness, comfort, and durability: high-density foam for the structure, durable and breathable fabrics, plush, felt, or textile trims depending on the model.

A complete mascot costume weighs approximately 6 kg, depending on the model, size, and selected options. The weight is distributed evenly to ensure good stability and ease of movement.

Available sizes are listed on each product page, typically ranging from S to XXXL for performers between approximately 1.60 m and 1.95 m (5'3" to 6'5"), as well as a child size. For specific body measurements, please provide the performer's details before ordering.

Select the size that corresponds to the performer's height. If in doubt, send us their measurements prior to ordering and we will gladly advise you. The size chosen during checkout serves as the basis for manufacturing, so please verify it before confirming your order.

Yes, our mascots can be used both indoors and outdoors. In rainy or extreme weather conditions, we recommend limiting exposure to protect the materials.

The head should be cleaned by hand using a soft cloth, lukewarm water, and mild soap. The body can be machine-washed in cold water on a delicate cycle. Allow it to air-dry away from direct heat sources, and never use a tumble dryer.

Store it in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight, preferably in a transport bag or breathable garment cover. Make sure not to crush the head so that it retains its shape.

For a non-personalised model (only the size chosen), you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal and return it to us. Personalised mascots (colours, logo, text, accessories, options, measurements or custom design) are made to your specifications: they cannot be cancelled after payment or returned, except as provided by law. If there is a manufacturing defect, we repair or replace the affected part, depending on the case. Normal wear and tear, improper care or misuse are not covered. Details are set out in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Contact our customer service team with photos of the issue. If the defect is covered under warranty, we will offer a repair or replacement; otherwise, we will advise you on the best possible solution.

The shoe option provides enhanced comfort and stability while completing the overall look of the mascot. Without this option, the performer wears their own shoes.
